I am usually a large but I like my leggings tight and have no problem with a size medium but I went with a large because of the reviews and I still feel like I could have gotten a XL. They are tight! And the elastic band isn't wide enough for a flattering tummy so you might as well size up so that it doesn't dig in! I also wore them three time and washed them once and they are already fraying and discoloring. They look great when they are brand new but they don't last...

Sized up due to reviews and no mediums in stock but good quality. Only wish there was my size in stock! Would have been 5/5
