I am usually a large but I like my leggings tight and have no problem with a size medium but I went with a large because of the reviews and I still feel like I could have gotten a XL. They are tight! And the elastic band isn't wide enough for a flattering tummy so you might as well size up so that it doesn't dig in! I also wore them three time and washed them once and they are already fraying and discoloring. They look great when they are brand new but they don't last...
